I can’t believe it’s already mid-July and we are in month 4 of the pandemic.
It is ever more evident that we need to take care of ourselves so that if/when we are exposed, our bodies can fight off the virus so we have minimal symptoms.
And let’s face it, our other symptoms are not going away just because there is pandemic. Unfortunately. Hot flashes, night sweats, migraines, heavy cycles — they are completely oblivious that there is a pandemic going on. In fact, the added stress of dealing with all the complications of our new reality may be making your symptoms worse.
AND then there’s the “COVID 15” that may be creeping up on you. Being at home more than normal, buying comfort foods, perfecting your sourdough recipe and eating all the cookies in the cookie jar — these all add up… around your waist.
As SIP restrictions loosened and you changed out of your yoga pants, you may have found that your regular clothes were a little snugger than they were 4 months ago. With the possibility of more restrictions on the horizon, something has to change.
The biggest, most profound change you can make right now, that is in your control, is your diet.
That’s why I’m excited to announce that I am running my Perimneopuase Detox at the end of July. It will run from July 27- 31. 5 days to reset your eating habits and give your body a rest from the sugar, the wine and the sourdough.
Will you join me?
It’s amazing how simply changing your diet, even for 5 days, can make a difference.
Your digestion will improve, you’ll lose weight, and your peri-menopausal symptoms will start to melt away. And the best part is that you’ll do it for longer than 5 days because it feels so good you’ll want to keep going.
“It’s been a great week and I too, am feeling much better, flatter tummy, more digested and less bloated. I am down about 3-4 lbs and back to the place where I can usually maintain.”
Community is important when you go through peri-menopause so you know that you are not alone with your symptoms. There is comfort in knowing others are going through similar issues and importantly, that some that have found relief.
Doing the detox is your first step to finding relief and finding community.
If you are ready to lose some weight, sleep better, have more energy and feel better overall, then join me for this detox!
We start Monday, July 27th and end Friday, July 31st. If you are a YES!, you can register here.

I hope you join me and this community of women.
