I’ve had a lot of conversations with clients over the last few months and one common theme resonates.  We are out of our routines and we are feeling the affects.

The women were concerned that their headaches, insomnia, binge eating, cravings and peri-menopause symptoms were getting worse.  Most thought that it was from the stress and worry of the coronavirus.

And while that was a contributing factor, when we dug into ‘what has changed’, it came down to the lack of structure around some fundamental (and relatively simple) health routines – drinking water and eating regular, balanced meals. 

So I want to remind you to drink plenty of water – especially now as the weather gets warmer – and eat regular balanced meals.  

Sometimes the simplest things are the hardest to do and the least obvious for us to see. 

Of course, some symptoms are much more nuanced and simply drinking enough water and eating regular balanced meals may not be enough.
