I know you might still be dealing with the emotions & stress from Tuesday’s election…and this entire election cycle.

I know a lot of women are asking themselves “what can I do?” and I know some who have already started taking action to create more ‘good’ in the world.

If you are looking for a way to channel your energy in a positive way, I say you start with nurturing yourself.  You will THEN be all the more capable of nurturing your family and helping others in need.

Help others but always come back to yourself.

I just gave a webinar on Stress & Fatigue to my alumni and one of the things I highlight is how stress depletes us of oxytocin, one of our primary hormones that helps deal with stress by calming us. One of the ways to replenish oxytocin is by talking to and gathering with friends and other like-minded women.

In other words, you nurture yourself by creating community.

I encourage you to do this as much as you can.

And I am happy to offer you a way to do this at my Homemade Meals Cooking Club this Monday, November 14 and again on Monday, November 21.

It’s a great opportunity for you to connect with other women and create.

Creativity feeds our soul and also reduces stress.

One of the reasons I created the Homemade Meals Cooking Club as a live, virtual class is to do just that –  provide community and creativity.

I wanted you to feel supported and not alone.  I wanted you to feel motivated and inspired.  I wanted it to be a creative outlet for you.

It could easily be a recorded class with no participation or interaction.  But it is not. It is so much more.

You see me. I see you. You see each other and can interact. There is community, positive energy and fun.

I encourage you to join me Monday, November 14 or 21 to channel your energy for your health and that of your family. Now is the time to seek each other out, support each other and nurture each other so that we can stay centered and focused.

I extended the early bird pricing for HMCC by one day.  It ends at midnight tonight.

Join me and build community, oxytocin, and some amazing nurturing meals to feed yourself and your family.

Thanksgiving is in two weeks and what better way to give thanks than with wholesome healthy meals.

In case you missed it, Homemade Meals is a 2.5-hour virtual cooking class where we will get you set up so you can make delicious nutritious meals easily throughout the week.  The theme is Fall & Thanksgiving Day meals. (All meals are gluten-free and dairy-free.)

Early bird pricing ends tonight at midnight.  I hope you can join us.  Please contact me here if you have any questions.
